Policies

All orders must be placed through website/form. DMs and messages are always open for questions/inquiries.
$5 Deposit REQUIRED on all orders of $30 or less. $15 Deposit REQUIRED on ALL orders over $30. Full payment required on day of pickup. No orders confirmed without deposit, confirmation emails will be sent out within 24 hours of confirmed orders. Not responsible for any orders after handed off to customer. 
 


If scheduling conflicts come up please message at least 24 hours before pickup time, I will do the same. All orders prepared within 24 hours to ensure freshness. No refunds for unclaimed orders! Delivery limited to 8 mile radius, $10 fee applies!

 

All order changes must be made at least 2 days before order is due to ensure freshness and ample time for changes. After this deadline, fees will apply IF the change is still possible.
 


Please keep in mind that slight color variations may occur due to homemade products! Please keep in mind that I am always learning and improving and will always be upfront about if a request is within my skillset or not. CURRENTLY NOT OFFERING FONDANT DESIGNS! 
 


I am NOT responsible for any damages due to improper handling or lack of care once order leaves the possession of Jay’s Sugar Shop!!
 


All products (UNLESS DISCUSSED WITH ME UPON PLACING ORDER) may have or come in contact with dairy, gluten, wheat, and/or nuts. Responsibility lies with the customer to inform me of any allergies or special orders, prior to ordering.
